1. How can I make the payment?

There are various modes of making payments

  • Online Payment via Credit Cards (visa Card, Master Card, American Express Cards)
  • PayPal
  • 2Checkout
  • Bank Wire Transfer

2. How will I get the invoice of the purchase I made?

The Global Info Reports’ team will send the invoice to customers via email before buying the reports. Also, please note that complete payment of the reports has to be made prior to the dispatch of report initiated from our end.

3. How are single user, multi user and corporate license different from each other?

Well, as the name is self-explanatory, their respective decisions are as follows:

  • Single user indicates that the access of a specific report is subject to just one person only.
  • Multi user indicates that the access of a specific report is subject to 2 to 5 users only.
  • Corporate license would mean that the report copy can be distributed across the wide organization in the company.

4. What are the different forms of report?

The different formats of the report are:

  • PDF
  • Word Document
  • PPT/Spreadsheet (Depending on the nature of the content)

5. Can I purchase individual sections of the report? If yes, then how?

Yes, individual sections of the report can be purchased. You are requested to contact our sales representative and he/she will help you in this regard.

6. How do I get the receipt for my purchases online?

Once you are done with your purchase, the receipt will be sent via email.
